Mount signs at eye level (1.5–1.8m) at every entry point and near each pay station. Drivers scan when they arrive, not when they leave — visibility on the way in is critical.

Use weatherproof laminate or a protective cover for outdoor signs. A faded or damaged QR code stops scanning correctly. Check signs monthly for damage.
